I'd say that if you go ops core its mandatory to buy the tnvc pad upgrade. That helmet is not comfortable at all. With the upgraded pads, wow it's all I need.

Is that the factory mount or is it some other mount? I plan on buying a NOX 18 and really want to line up both ocular lenses on the 14 & 18. Curious of your thoughts on this? Am I over thinking it or does it really matter all that much?
