Agree with ArmyJerry, flash holes only here. Found sometimes could result in pockets loosening early if i mess with them. Last time I messed with the pockets was with some Norma brass and that was because they were extremely tight to the point I would crush some primers while seating them.

I didn't know these even existed anymore, haven't seen them in over a year in my area.

Have both and like both triggers. I would have to give Jewell the edge, they are extremely smooth triggers. As Victor mentioned, if going for a really light pull Jewell would be the way to go. It all depends on how much money you want to spend.

+1...waited 15 months for Robert to finish mine. Fortuanately I was very pleased with the work he did and the accuracy it produces. I have only sent a deposit once and won't do it again, the way I see it if you want my money you got to do the work.

Some of us don't have work schedules that allow us to sit around and wait for a shipment to be unloaded. Let alone beat all the retired folks and housewives to the shelf that have all the time in the world.

Rifle is a couple of years old bought brand new, have since purchased an aftermarket stock and bottom metal. I'm getting a lot better groups 2-3" but comparing it to my Ruger 22mag with a Shilen barrel it is a POS. That is why I'm curious if a rebarrel is possible.

Has anybody rebarreled a Savage 93R17? Currently own one that doesn't shoot as well as I would like and am curious if an aftermarket barrel is an option. Any gunsmith's willing to work on it?

Hey guys, I have a HS Precision rifle Pro-Hunter that I am planning to rebarrel to 260Rem. Was wanting to swap out the bottom metal to an AICS style magazine to allow for the longer COAL. Was wondering if any one has done this with the HS actions, if it is even possible? Thanks
