If you reload, try ladder test if you don't jump up to 175 FGMM you have a 1-10 twist heavier will stabilize better but to be honest 168 should be great at least .75 moa also how much trigger time do you have?

I would go 223 or 243 those are the only two in between calibers that have plenty of good factory ammo. Personally 243 is the better choice.

ATACR is beautiful at least mine is it is mounted on my custom built 308 and the glass is great you have to look through one to really appreciate it. Now I looked through the s&b pmii and it is just a hair clearer but I wouldn't let my ATAC go for a s&b not after shooting with it.

The point in using a long action on a short mag or a short action case is for DBM system for c.o.a.l. as where the short action dbm will limit your c.o.a.l. In certain cartridges.
