I reload for four 308s. What I have done is set up my die for the tightest chamber and left it alone. It seems to work.

I just ordered a set of Sordin Supreme they seem to get a pretty good rap, they haven't turned up yet but I'll let you know what I think of them when I get a chance to use them.

They're not as customisable as they once were. And yes I like the Ergo parallax.
