    Good suggestion on testing the neck tension. Also as mentioned, get some 175gr SMKs over Varget or IMR 4064. Try switching to Lapua brass if possible too.

    What's the twist and length of the barrel? When was the barrel profiled? Since new or recently? Have you shot factory Ammo through it since the barrel was profiled (lightened)?

    LED lights should be fine for digital scales. If you have a shelf over the bench, grab some led strip lights with 3M adhesive on the back and stick them to the underside of the shelf. Works great on my work area!

    buying new press, which one

    Forster seems to do everything right. Then again, I've loaded Ammo that grouped just under 1/8" @ 100 yds with a 40+ year old RCBS partner press.
