Re: Importance of Crowns I think HSS cuts much cleaner than carbide when it comes to crowning. Even then it never hurts to lap it if you're in doubt. I have to ask...How are you indicating to bore ID without a 4-jaw??? Shimming with something???- dcryder

Re: What should i rebarrel too??? A 7mm that pushes a 180gr VLD pretty fast. Hard to beat that .650+ BC. Anywhere between a 280AI and a 7mm STW.- dcryder
