Re: med kits You can save your self a little cash if you can get a hold of some expired pediatric defib pads from a local EMS or fire service and you end up with two great chest seals for free. Just cut the cords off (or keep them on doesn't matter). The whole issue of the asherman chest seal...
Has anyone had any experience with the Hazard 4 line of products? I was looking at picking up a new go bag and came across these at a local gun shop. They looked well made and felt good to handle but I had never heard of the company before. *Forgot the link for a reference*...
Re: First Build **In progress** I started with one on the suggestion of a buddy, I'm now on number 7 each a little different from the last. The only problem is they keep getting more expensive! But they are all soo much fun!
Re: M1A cycling issues... Is it a Springfield? If so and you keep having the feed issues and it is brand new then give them a call. I had an issue with mine right after I bought it and called. They talked me through a series of trouble shooting procedures and stated that if the problem wasn't...
Re: Lens Pens That was actually funny I was unaware that there were scents and what not add to off the Wally world shelf stuff. I usually only use it for adhesive removal
Re: Lens Pens You can find it anywhere you can get fingernail polish remover, but caution, I stole my wife's then realized after it wasn't work worth a crap, it was the non-acetone containing kind. But the real deal is $1 at most places.
Re: Front sight help please! why do you have to use your left eye? With the red dot you don't have to line anything up once you zeroed in so move you head off the stock a little and use your right. That moves you out of firing position for your scope but not so much as to screw up a close...
Re: Who has the Borka torque kits? Great equipment, and great kit from the group buy. I like the fact you are talking to the designer/engineer/owner of the product/company.
Re: Recommend a carbine "discreet" case There was another hider on here that had a similar case to the one above made out of a hard instrument case. Think the Company name was Thug Case http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthre...667#Post2642667 I'm thinking I still have the guys contact...
Re: Lettering / Painting on AR-15 Lower Rec I did the same thing using and enamel paint pen. Let it dry and recoat about 5 times. Then clean off the excess with Goof Off.
Re: Muzzle Brake for 700 SPS AAC-SD You might want to look at the AAC Break Out or just their breaks. I have a few and they seem to work great. Not to mention the QD for a can if you go that route
Re: Deciding on the best stock for a 700 sps tactical I used the McMillian A5 and a Seekins DBM. Couldn't get great feel for the AICS, but didn't get to play with it much. Might want to consider the AICS AX looks bad ass and might be a good fit other than the price.
Re: Waterproof Iphone. ((NO CASE)) Wonder if they can do an iPad? I caught my 3 y/o son trying to take it into the bath tub last night... I can't seem to convince him it isn't a bath toy.
Re: M14 ROGUE chassis system As much as a fit as they threw over using higher grade body armor that what was issued and they let you radically change an GI issued weapon?
Re: Waterproof Iphone. ((NO CASE)) Liked my otterbox alot, but this Lifeproof case is one hell of a lot easier to get in and out of a pocket. I had the same thought about the headphones. I rarely use them but while I am on my bike I like to listen to some tunes. I guess if you used this and a...
