This would be super... I've wanted a JAE for a long, long time, but I was put off by the price and (mostly) the wait times.

No, but I have a Savage 10 FCP-SR. I like it a lot. For barely $500otd several years ago, there wasn't anything else on the market that came close. Nowadays, I'd look at the Ruger Americans that accept AR or AI magazines... Savage's proprietary magazines stink.

Another Savage fan here... After a $100 rebate, my FCP-SR cost $510. It's a sub-moa rifle shooting FGMM or Lapua, when I do my part.
