I am setting up an DPMS LR308 24". I intend on putting a USO ST 10x44 on it. Also intend on a 20moa rail. With that being said will low ring be tall enough for this set up? The Leupold rail will add some height but I don't know if the scope will clear or not since I don't yet have this scope...

Why the heck doesn't anyone make 300RUM brass? The ones that do are out of stock almost everywhere. Why doesn't Lapua, Hornady, Norma offer brass for this caliber? Its making me crazy!
