I am setting up an DPMS LR308 24". I intend on putting a USO ST 10x44 on it. Also intend on a 20moa rail. With that being said will low ring be tall enough for this set up? The Leupold rail will add some height but I don't know if the scope will clear or not since I don't yet have this scope in my hand. Thanks

Re: Scope Height

I've found that 1.4-1.5" from top of rail to center of scope is perfect for me on an AR setup.

Re: Scope Height

If you plan on swapping the scope onto a bolt rifle, using low rings with an added rail (like the 22 MOA Badger, etc) to the DPMS works well.

If you don't plan on doing that and are just going to use this scope on the DPMS and other AR's, a one-piece AR mount makes a much nicer solution (click below to see an example).
