Jim Kobe is very good. He did a custom 9.3X62 for me and is getting ready to do a 250-3000 custom mauser for me.
This is the 9.3X62 he did for me. Jim is a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild. He is prompt and reasonable.

+1 on Clearwater Reboring at Delta Gunshop. Jim Dubell is an excellent gunsmith and a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild. Jim did one for me and cut rifled it. Ed Shilen said it was an excellent job.

Re: Rem 700 bolt lugs
Have you read anything on some of Remington trigger problems? I have had and seen a few that fired when the bolt was raised. It was a trigger safety problem.

Looks good. My only comment is the chamfer is a little to large for my liking. I just barely break the edge. I don't want a lot of the cartridge web unsupported.
