I think it was all Hornady tipped bullets. Results were basically exactly what you would expect, good placement worked. Penetration was OK but border line in my opinion. Furthest shot was just short of 400yds. I designed it to be the smallest and lightest possible while offering enough...
About 1/2 dozen of these deer were taken with the 6MM ARC. Works fine but so does a 5.56MM or a 6MM Creedmoor. Looks to be a good choice in a 16 inch suppressed AR to offer a bit more bullet weight.
If you are not trying to be clone correct and why suffer the out of date PRI fore end? The MK 12 was state of the art a decade or so ago and if not building a collector type clone there are lots of better components for a super accurate 16/18 inch AR.
I don't think you have much experience using SFP and FFP with out illumination in low light. The only advantage for FFPs is doing hold off for LR or wind and @ 3X it's just as easy using SFP as FFP.
From my experience the biggest and most common mistake with both Form 4 and Form 1 suppressors is going too big and too heavy for hunting. Supersonic ammo will never be really quiet and most hunters stuck with a 10-12 inch can quit using it in the field.

What AR? Typically shorter cans work better on gas guns due to less port pop at the shooters ear. There is the additional advantage of running cleaner with the shorter cans. Sound reduction at the muzzle is not always or even usually the same at the shooters ear when dealing with gas guns.
On 5.56 ARs the Ultra 5 and Ultra 9 meter pretty much the same at the ear. On large frame ARs the Ultra 5 is quieter at the ear and runs cleaner than the Ultra 9.
