Appreciate the feedback, I’m not really interested in a carbon fiber barrel. I have looked at a lot of “lightweight SPR” barrels and most come in right around the 2lb mark which is heavier than I would swap my current barrel for. The VSeven fluted barrel would be very lightweight and from what I...
I currently have a 16 SS proof barrel on an AR that shoots great but it weighs 2 lbs 8oz. From a bipod it’s phenomenal but I’m considering a VSeven fluted barrel to have something lighter. What other light weight precision barrels should I be looking at or should I stick with the heavier barrel?
I'm attempting to attach an RMR to my Sphur mount using the A-0010 interface. Two questions, it comes with a shim plate. I don't need the additional height but it appears the posts on the mount are too tall to use without the shim plate? With the shim plate installed the factory RMR screws...
This is exactly the kind of answer I was looking for. It's not defective and I'm not going to return it and expect them to accommodate me. But knowing that between multiple samples of the same model cover some are tighter and some are looser I will probably buy a second cover and give the looser...
The ocular cover fits very snug but is still adjustable from notch to notch. The objective cover is loose enough it wobbles back and forth a couple millimeters in the notch and is easily bumped into a different position. It won't come off or spin freely. It's not a huge deal but it's annoying.
Nah. I didn't spend $55 on a scope cap to use tape. I'm not really looking for advice as much as I would like to know if this is the typical fit for this cover or if there is some variability between fitment cap to cap.
I just purchased a Tenebraex ARD and covers. The ocular cover fits snugly but the front cover rotates really easily. How tight do these typically fit before I buy another one?
I have a Bantam and the weight and performance are awesome but the customer service and communication from TDS was so bad I would never buy another can from them. It seems they have enough government money coming in to just not care.
Okay. I'm not asking if I can open the baffle stack to a different caliber I'm asking if I can shave a few thousandths off the end cap to have a clean muzzle. I'm counting 8 .22 caliber baffles that would not allow a larger caliber to pass between the threads and the end cap.
I unfortunately had a baffle strike. The suppressor is 3D printed from inconel. There was no damage to the baffles internally. The only damage is a small chip on the inside of the endcap that can be seen in the photo. I would like to have the suppressor opened up or the exit reverse chamfered...
