I too have worked with Buckeye308 and have nothing but good things to say. Here is my Specwar 762 in action....not a very good vid...but all I have at the moment.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ff9B7aEocY&index=1&list=UU_6p-HoNdV6Eeny2cxDilyA
Guys, I recently purchased my first Suppressor, a Specwar 762 for my SCAR 17s and 700 AAC SD. I am trying to mount the flashhider on the 700 and there is not enough area between the flashhider and barrel to fit a box wrench. Any ideas how I can tighten this down?
Guys, I have a 700 SPS in a Macmillian A3-5 stock with a Surgeon DBM and I keep having an irritating issue. When my 10 round AICS mag has only 1 or 2 rounds left in it, it drops out of the rifle as the gun recoils. Anyone else have this issue? Is this a defective mag? I can't seem to...
I think I found the issue. I thought the Surgeon Bottom metal was a perfect fit, turns out, it was just a little too tight where the trigger passes through and it was keeping the trigger from resetting. I filed the opening slightly and now it appears to work fine. Just need another trip to...
Guys, I need some help with my AAC SD in 308. I had the rifle set up perfectly for me and then i decided to ruin that by making it "better." I decided to add a Timney trigger which i installed with no apparent issues. However, after getting the trigger where i wanted it and reinstalling...
Re: Remington 700 AAC-SD 308 This is from 500 yards with my AAC SD with Remington 168grn matchking. Mine is in a McMllan a3-5. This was also my first time shooting at anything over 100yards.
Pretty proud of myself here...I have never shot at any distance over 100 yards until yesterday. Here are the results.. 700 AAC SD with a Leopold Mk 4 3.5-10X Lr/T 168 Grn Remington Matchking
Re: New scope and Kampfeld Custom bolt work I'll be honest, the scope is great, but I can't tell much difference in the glass from my $300 SWFA SS... However, I know the Leopold is definintely built to last.
Guys, Great day today! just received my Leopold Mark 4 LR/T 3.5-10x40 with Mk1 knobs and my bolt came back from Kampfeld. I had the tactical bolt knob installed and while it was there, I had him do his TI flute job (honestly, i just think it looks great.)
Re: First build- 700 AAC SD Nothing to compare it to, but the Surgeon is certainly high quality. I should also note that the stock was already inlited when I purchased it from Longrangehunting and boy was it a great fit, pillars and bottom metal fit great. I did shoot it before the...
Re: First build- 700 AAC SD I am sitting on a pile of American Eagle 150 grn that I run through my M1A Loaded, but with the 1/10 twist, I am going to need something like the Hornady A-max..
Here is my first build: 700 AAC SD Badger Ordnance 20moa mount Surgeon Bottom Metal w/ 5 round AICS mag Harris Bi-pod with Phoenix tactical pod lock 10X SWFA SS scope Warne 30mm rings McMillan A3-5 stock in GAP Camo
Re: McMillan stocks coming to Bugholes.com I just sent you a check for a Surgeon bottom metal, wish I would have seen this sooner, I would have bought the stock from you as well.
