Re: sling mounts and slings Usually the bad QD swivel cup will detach itself. I have McMillan A5 stock with the same issue. 3 out of 6 QD cups were bad. I contacted McMillan, they told me to send it in without the receiver (doh!) so they can repair it. Repair took about 1 week and I got...
Re: A tac vest for carrying a pistol on the front? I don't sugguest mounting on the belly or chest. Hip is the best spot IMO. Not your drop leg, which it can slow you down. Belly or chest draw are harder to deploy in prone.
Got a Condor discreet case, I guess it's called the "Transporter" I didn't want to spend more than $100 on a rifle case, which I already spent hundreds on AICS. This Condor transporter case is low key and low profile. Since my AI chassic is foldable, and all I had to do is remove the barrel...
Re: compensator question I run a PWS comp on my FN 24" SPR. Very happy with it. I wish someone makes a comp with threading along with a suppressor in a package.
Re: Gun financing Some gun shops offer lay away financing but you just can't play with your fully purchased gun till it's all paid off. But I think financial institutions don't like guns that much, plus they are hard to recover once stolen. The interest rate would be high since there is no...
Re: Bedding Pillars on FN SPR This is from McMillan <span style="font-style: italic">You might ask FN this question, we just produce the stocks to FN’s specifications on their purchase orders. Also, I think many of your fellow shooters are quite mis-informed or un-informed about pillars and...
Re: Anyone here dealing with exercise induced asthma? Perhaps try to build up gradually; a babystep at a time. Push a little harder by running extra 100 yards after your normal jog, even sprint till you can't feel your legs anymore. But first, build a comfort level, knowing that you can...
Re: give me your input I see your work out program, but how long do you rest between sets? If you want to burn more energy, cut the breaks down to less than 30 seconds. Your stamina will build too. I take Wheybolic protein with BCAA, no more than 60 grams from it daily. I am sure my...

Re: Anyone here dealing with exercise induced asthma? I was born with asthma. And while I was in martial arts, I trained with many sufferers. Usually after 1 year of intensive training, they dump their inhalers, and could breathe freely from summer to winter. I believe the steriod in the...

For most of you who owns a McMillan A3-5 Stock. Do you have the bedding job done? Is it neccessary? I've heard from a gunsmith told me that it's not needed, and yet I've heard otherwise. I also own a PBR, which with a Hogue stock with bedding pillars, and I can get it to 1/4MOA. Any...
I was trying to take the SPR all apart, but it seems like the barrel is stuck onto the receiver. I noticed they used some type of glue on it. What's the best way to remove without scratching the metal parts?
Re: FN Bolt Rifle trigger I got a PBR and SPR with A3 stock. Love the PBR, and the trigger has been adjusted, and barrel threaded to accept my SWC can. FN advertised SPR with adjustable trigger but I found a bit difficult because they put some type of goo around the thread in the trigger...
