Steiner Optics Factory / The new T5Xi thread (-!!-Picture Heavy-!!-) You're joking, right? Steiner rep has stated pretty clearly where the cost savings are coming from in the other thread. Go take a look at it.
Just finished Target America by Scott McEwen. Thought it was excellent. Basic storyline is a Chechen and Muslim group work together to smuggle a Russian suitcase nuke across the Mexican boarder. I believe Scott McEwen is the same writer that worked with SEAL sniper Chris Kyle to write his...
I believe it really depends on the scope or the line of scopes, and not the brand. Bushnell probably sources scopes from a number of different countries for example. Night force has scopes built in the US and also coming from Japan. It really all depends.
Question...Would this method be useful to clean a Thunderbeast 22S-1 titanium suppressor? The thunder beast is not able to be taken apart, and I'm wondering if this would be a good way to give it a regular cleaning?
For several months now, I've been trying to locate a Noveske NRS 13.5" handguard to no avail. Midway has been showing out of stock, overdue for about 3 months now (maybe much longer). Rainier Arms and a host of other vendors have also been out of stock for many, many months. Does anyone...
Last gun show here in Asheville NC had federal auto bulk/350 rounds for $32/box and folks were walking by it. I would have bought some but I'm pretty well stocked up.
D_TROS, Can you give us a little info on the paint job. It looks awesome. Great job. Was this a rattle can job, Cerakote or other? I have an Element on the way and am planning on painting the same color. Just want to know what you did. looking forward to your review. Thanks,
+1. I'm in total agreement with the original poster. I will never again do business with a company that can't tell me what the hell they have in stock.
Just wanted to show off my new mountain bike...I saved lots of pennies for this one as well as selling my old ride. It's a Santa Cruz Tallboy LT Carbon. This pic was taken last fall on it's inaugural ride. it's also my first bike with 29" wheels which I love. I live in Asheville, NC and...
Whatever minor affect switch barrel guns may have, it is greatly outweighed by the huge increase in the total number of shooters. As we all know, the industry has exploded over the past 3 to 5 years. More of my friends than ever before are into all sorts of shooting sports, including precision...
I've been waiting "patiently" for the BEAST for about 15 months now...There are none in the wild yet as far as I know. Apparently, only a select group of individuals have pre-release versions and they seem to be keeping mum about what they know except for the little bit Frank has shared...
I for one will be very interested in seeing how well these scopes do. I've been waiting for over 13 months for the NF Beast to materialize and no such luck. It's been shown at TWO shot shows and the delays keep coming. I really would prefer a nightforce product, but I'm thinking that at...
Initially, I was hoping to keep it around $1500 to $2k. However, a little more always buys a little more and say if something like the NF BEAST was the end-all be-all, top of the pyramid scope, I could push my budget to that price range. I just don't want to find myself in the position of...
