    LMT .308 MWS

    Re: LMT .308 MWS I just got my LMT MWSE, mounted KAC Micro's and an Elcan Spectre DR 1.5-6x. Installed a Geisselle SSA-E and I LOVE this rifle. I ordered a Magpul UBR and a 18" SS .308 barrel but probably won't see those for a while. What a great piece of kit :0)

    Re: 338 Lapua. I get 2970 fps with the 250 Scenars and 94 gr. RL25 out of my 10" TRG42. This load is also accurate in my rifle.

    Re: 338LM COL for Sako TRG42 My TRG is a 1:10 twist and I'm loading 250 gr. Scenars at 3.650". 94 gr. of RL25 gets me 2970 fps.

    Re: Elcan SpecterDR 1x4? I have a Spectre DR on my Swiss Arms Classic Green and I really like it. The field of view is nice and wide with really clear glass. Switching back and forth between 1x and 4x my poi does not shift.

    Re: Roedale Precision - does it still exist? I ordered a muzzle brake for my TRG42 and although the German government is slow with export permits the brake itself is excellent and I would'nt hesitate to recommend Roedale to others.

    .338LM - .50 Cal

    Re: Loads for .338LM I was at my local range which is only 100 meters, my usual shooting spot is 850 meters. I fired 10 rounds total into a steel plate and it was a triangle blown out of the plate at around 1".

    Re: Setup for TRG 42 I use a Near 25moa 6 screw 5 lug base with his 34mm Alphamount on my TRG42 and it is super double plus extra excellent!

    Primers are noisey!

    Re: Primers are noisey! A long time ago I was given 5000 new primers in a glass jar. Since I had no way of knowing what exactly they were I filled a schedule 80 seamless pipe with them, capped it at both ends and shot it with my .300WM. I did this in a rock quarry and the resulting explosion...

    Re: Current feedback on the Sako TRG 22? I'm hitting a head sized rock at 940 yards 5 out of 5 times using the TRG22 and Sako bipod laying on a logging road. I love my rifle, just bought a 42 in .338 Lapua as well.
