    The only way to learn to read wind and weather conditions is like said above.................... experience. You gotta get out there and do it to learn it. Also like was said above, dont think you failed if you know more when you got done than you did when you started.

    Good advice, but Ive already got a Rem 700 in 308 so I was kinda wanting to keep the 300WM. I guess I shouldve stated that I bought the gun used so I dont know exactly how many rounds have been put through it. Ive only put about 60 or so through it.

    I dont have any personnal experience with accurizing one, they are however exceptional weapons. I hope to own an M1A one day myself. My department has four we got a few years ago and I thought about doing the same thing with them but was told by a couple of people in the LE Sniper community...
