    This is a great starter kit. I like the bushings on the press. Makes switching dies a breeze. As mentioned, no kit will give you everything you need. You'll find when you start loading that you'll want other bits and pieces to make your life easier.

    WIN231 or it's cheaper twin, HP-38 should fit the bill however you won't be getting full power .357 loads with it.

    Agreed but keep in mind that depending on the magnification used the MOA reading will differ. For example 24x equals a true 2moa on my reticle whereas 16x equals 4moa. Your scope may very so be sure to check the literature included.
