I have been using the USO MPR Mil reticle and have found it user friendly for ranging but have not had a chance to use the Gen 2 XR. I was wondering if anyone has compared the two and what you like or dislike about either one. Thanks.

I've got a 2.5-10x 24mm Nightforce. It has the close range mildot reticle. At what magnification is the scope meant to be set at to use the mildot's accurately? 10x I am guessing? I cannot find it stated anywhere in the Nightforce literature.
