This was a fun project.. last year I picked up a cheapo 870 Express from Wallyworld.. 26 inch vent rib barrel, wood furniture, nothing fancy. I replaced all the springs with police magnum springs, replaced the mim extractor and added a dome head safety. Dropped a form 1 and had the barrel cut back to 12.5 inches. Some XS sights , cerakote, and Magpul stuff to finish her off.. With Fed flight control OO buck it’s wicked

I did a similar project with a Wilson Combat Scattergun Technologies host. Next 870 project is to build a proper Witness Protection specimen.
