Snag N560 from Powder Valley and you will see a significant jump, I was getting over 3100 from the 123 AH in an 18” 6.5 PRC.
Is that a Proof? If so where did you order yours from?

I have a spare 26in 6.5 creed barrel that shoots pretty well but currently not using it except as a spare, thinking of cutting it down to make a compact short range deer hunter for inside 300 yards. It's a med palma contour so I think it could balance well on a Manners LRH in the 16-20in length. I'm thinking 18in right now ... any suggestions ? Most likely planning to use the factory Sako 156 Oryx which are devastating on game.
Thats a nice hunting combo. I love the 7mm-08 but went with a 7SAW on my latest 22in build defiance anTI, got 2 white tail bucks this fall with the 162s

Mostly the optic setup. I prefer the heads up/chin weld situation on walk-around rifles like this. Most people who’ve never shot one don’t understand the function.

Wish it was 10.5”, but I’m not stamping this one. I’ll wait to see how the legislation pans-out with the whole SBR’s possibly getting removed from the registry thing, since numerous states have already passed local laws stating SBR/SBS/AOWs are legal there without ATF regulation. The more states follow suit, the less powerful the NFA and ATF become…Eventually nullifying the NFA. Same with the “Made in Texas” suppressor lawsuit against the ATF. Things are looking pretty good, but only time will tell…

As much as I wish the NFA was abolished, I fear you're going to be waiting a while. NFA isn't going anywhere, if anything it will get worse. Submissions right now for EF1 are running ~2 weeks (and they are now accepting electronic fingerprints). There has never been a better time to file a Form 1. There will be a brace ban eventually and, when that happens, wait times will increase dramatically due to sheer volume of submissions.

I don't think Form 1's will increase dramatically as most refuse to pay the stamp, play the waiting game or become part of a registry. Most will just accept having a standard length rifle.
Just spun up a 16" 22 Creed barrel for the new Archimedes action I got, hoping to go test out some loads shortly.

700 SPS tactical, 16.5” 308.
Previous owner told me “the action was worked,” so I assumed it was blue printed, but turns out it’s not. So I have no idea what the smith did to it. PO also said the trigger was lightened, but it feels like a factory 700 trigger to me.
I’m tempted to send it straight to @MikeRTacOps but I think I’m going to enjoy it like it is for a little while, and then begin the upgrades.
Cheapo Magpul stock is glass bedded, but it will be gone sooner than later.
I’m keeping my pride and joy mounted on this rifle, and hopefully soon it will be a rifle worthy of this piece of glass.
