2 stage trigger ??

Anyone run a 2 stage trigger in their bolt gun?
How do you like it?
I am thinking about trying one. I shoot AR15/10s with Gieselle 2 stage triggers, and the transition back and forth is somewhat difficult.

Yep, excellent triggers - my favorite 2-stage out there. The CG Extreme triggers are also very nice.

After shooting a CG and then an AI, I don't think I could go back to a single stage.

another voter for huber, unbelievable good. or buy a sako they already have super nice trigger.

I totally understand i have geissele dmr in my ar 10, huber on my tube gun, and factory sako obviously in my trg.

Do the two stage triggers need tinkering with to keep them sharp? I would like to use a two stage, but I have read mixed stories on their long term performance.

No. I doubt you read stories on their long term performance from a credible source.

Sako TRG triggers are two-stage and widely agreed upon to be one of the best triggers out there.

I know I like mine.

My primary bolt gun is an AI with the factory trigger.
I have M700's with single stages and semi's with two stages.

If you are having trouble with the transition, I suggest you work on the shooter before trying to "fix" the equipment. If you use proper trigger control there should be no problem.

Absolutely. CG triggers are fantastic but I can't afford or justify installing one in every single bolt gun I own. And if you set one up so that it feels the same as a Gieselle then you've just wasted $300.
