I have a 20” TRG-22 that I want to run a suppressor on; I also have a couple AR-10’s that I will want to run the same suppressor on. My dilemma is I prefer to just use just one suppressor for these rifles and I want to go with screw on mount. I don’t know if there is sufficient material to maintain the 20” barrel length and retread to 5/8"-24. Is this workable on the TRG 20” barrel?

Thanks in advance for the response

It'll work. Your thread is M18x1, which has a major diameter of .709". Major on a 5/8-24 is ~.623, so a good smith can turn down your existing thread, and rethread. Go for it.
