22 cal 68gr Blems from Midway

Does anyone know for sure the Mfg for these. I have been told that they are Sierra's that was supposed to be 69gr and fell short that's why they was blem'd.

However, holding the bullet up to my Sierra bullet chart the profile seems to be way off.

Any info?

A lot of their blems are Hornady's.

I figured them to be Hornadys but my buddy thought he heard they was Sierra's.

When I got them I noticed they did not match the bullet profile on my Sierra wall Chart which tossed up a red flag to me that he was wrong.
