223/223AI with 80gr bullets?

After combing through the Reloading Depot, AccurateShooter, and many Google searches it seems like 2800-2850fps should be doable with a 80gr bullet from a 223 bolt gun with 22" barrel and Varget.

How much faster might I realistically expect with a 223AI chamber?

223ai, 22" Rock 5R 8 twist, 26.9 varget, cci 400, 80gr JLK, LC '09 formed brass - 2952 fps

Mild load but shoots lights out to 600 yards

At the 650yd max I have available to shoot, a 80gr Amax just over 2800fps would be 1/2 the cost per shot of my 260 while still besting the "benchmark" 308/175SMK @ 2700fps in the wind.
