.223 Tikka T3x in MPA BA Comp chassis, it was used twice, less than 50 rounds through it. Bolt has been fluted and muzzle threaded by LRI. Comes with Area 419 muzzle adapter (1/2-28) and a Magpul 10 round AICS magazine. Trigger pull has been lightened to about 1lb using Mountain Tactical spring. Chassis has minor scratches on Arca rail from the bipod clamp.
Originally, this was Tikka JRTXB312 T3x Lite 223 Rem 4+1 22.40" Stainless Steel Right Hand, I will include factory stock (never used) so you can convert it easily from chassis to stock and back. This rifle in factory configuration retails for $850 before tax and shipping.

Arken EP-5 7-35X56 Gen 2 FFP Illuminated MIL/VPR - Zero Stop - 34mm Tube and Vortex (1.45" high, 34mm) rings were used only with this rifle and also used for two range visits on this rifle, so they are like new. Scope and rings are additional $580.
If you buy the rifle and the scope with rings, total for the combo is $1850, so you save almost $300 compared to buying rifle and scope separately
