Rifle Scopes 28 Nosler scope and mount recommendations

I’m having Spartan Rifles build a 28 Nosler on a rem700 with a Proof Research sendero light on a McMillan Game Hunter with a Bix n Andy trigger.... so now I need the all important glass and mounts. What do you guys think in the $800-1300 range? I have a LRHSi that I really like, especially the donut of death, but it sits on my 300win. Is that scope the “best” in the category? This rifle will be used to hunt but will get a workout on steel all off season.
Also what mounts would you guys use for a hunting rifle? Rail or no rail? 20moa?

I’m calling Doug tomorrow to get his opinion on Athlon Ares ETR and Cronus BTR. But I’d like to hear the experts here.

Pick your favorite reticle from a top builder. So many good scopes now. I personally would like a Leupy MK5 3-18 for a hunting scope. It’s light for its size.
