Anyone know of a good way to shorten .223 brass for use in a 300 aac? I've tried a lathe, saw, pipe cutter, bandsaw, and trimmer, but everything seems to take too long, or ruin the brass. I wanna make about 1000 rounds, but I dont wanna spend 1000 hours doing it. If this has been covered before, sorry, link please? It seems like the trimmer works the best so far, but after trimming with the .22 pilot, they need to be trimmed again with the .30 insert. PITA if you ask me. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
