Helping an old Army sniper Vet get into reloading his .300RUM and making hits at 1-mile.

I have Berger's reloading manual, so we need help with powder and bullet.

Manuals are very conservative as we all know, but what are folks finding success with, so we can work towards it?

95 gr of H-1000 pushing a 180 gr Nosler Accubond

H1000, Retumbo but want to take RL33 for a spin. I want to see what my 300RUM will do with a Warner Tool 180 for a mile but that project is down the road a piece. Thought about selling this gun off but I think it’s gonna be the shit for 30 cal at a mile.

I shoot a 210 HVLD and H-1000 and a 230gr hybrid with H-1000.
I’m getting good results.
