Hey guys, my brother is looking for a relatively affordable precision semi-auto rifle (his budget is about $1,000-$1,200). The dilemma right now is that most companies seem to be slammed from orders placed in December-February. We live in California, unfortunately one of the new gun law proposals is to ban semi-autos. I was hoping to get any recommendations on where he could look to find a .308 semi-auto in stock or that has a short waiting list. Thank you guys
