308 in 155 Scenar- Gassers Only Please

Post your gasser load for accuracy here.
You get brownie points for loads that include xbr8208, varget, or RL15, and I might friend you if you're using it in a 11twist, 20" or shorter.

44.9 8208 under either 155 Scenars or 2156C Sierra 155's in 11.25 twist 21" Schneider barrel AR. 44 to 45.5 Varget with either bullet, as well. About 2775 at 15' with 8208, but no need to press, as is quite accurate to 500yds. Hadn't gone any further than that, to date. Don't imagine that qualifies me for jack, but hope helpful. One more thing-Hornady match brass with about .002 shoulder setback and little runout. Redding bushing FL sizer dies.

Where or have you noticed any pressure signs at loads up to 45grains at a COAL 2.815-2.82?

In heavier bullets 168-178. I start showing very slight flattening of primers around 43.3-43.5 with varget and RL15

I'm currently running 2156C's at 2.83" with 44.9 8208 and no pressure issues. Have a stash of 155 Scenars that I'm holding till I burn through about 1500 of the 2156's-probably need a new barrel before I get through with all of them. Have run the Scenars with up to 45.5 Varget, but pressure signs begin to show, so did not press further beyond there. Have stayed with either weight segregated WW or Hornady brass w/o issue, you may want to back off 2gr if using Lake City, mil or other brass.

It was LC mil brass that I used from my above post. Should be gtg starting with 43 with 155s. What kind of mag are you using that you load to 2.83"?

Great load in my 20" krieger barreled MATEN. 44.5 gr of 8208 was also accurate but showing pressure signs, and 44.8 blew a hole in the primer.
