.308 subsonic load with Vihtavuori Tin Star needed

I want to load some .308 subsonic loads with the 200gr. Lapua subsonic bullet.
Trail Boss is not available where I ´live but Vihtavuori Tin Star (N32C) is.

Anybody have a safe starting load?

You might check the reloading depot subforum, there's a thread dedicated to SS loads.

I can't help you with the powder though, I've never used it or seen it in my area.
