40x and ammo?

I saw a new 40x yesterday I know nothing about. All matte black. Not a HS stock.18 in . barrel w/2 port brake w / appears to be a lock ring. Prominently marked "custom shop" along top of barrel.Could not tell if it was clip slotted because of the "Iron Brigade Armoury" 20 min. base.Unknown twist type and rate. 308 caliber. $2500. I lust for it. Anyone know anything?

Sorry, I forgot the ammo question. Gundealer gave me some rounds to try. They are plunkers maybe. Head is marked from 10 to 2 "POF 90" and 8to 4 "7.62x51" Berdan primed. They shot same elevation as FGMM at 400 but poorly. 14 in. group.No NATO mark. Bullet weight? Worth?
