Gunsmithing 458 Lott on a Weatherby Mark V receiver?

Hello folks,

I have a Weatherby Mark V currently chambered in 270 Weatherby. I want to re-barrel it to a 458 Lott. I know the action is strong enough, but 1.) Is it long enough? and 2.) Is there anything else I should take into consideration? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the bolt face is too big been a while since I looked at either though.

They diameter of the cartridge base is identical, actually.
