We've gotten a lot of requests over the past several months to test this ammo out, and we are finally getting around to it. Through a 16" barrel the bullets expand to just over double the original bullet diameter, and in an 8" barrel we are seeing just under double the original diameter. In both cases we are getting 100% weight retention.
Accuracy was only tested at 25 yards today, but through the bolt gun off of a bipod, it was looking pretty reasonable, and the group opened up a little bit with the AR off of a bag to about an inch, but some of that was likely me. Extrapolate if you will, but we will look to groups at further distances in the near future. For the intended purposes everything looks promising.
