got a new sprish ar15 built.......noveske 7 twist barrel....69 grainers shoot good in this twist?? or am i better off goin a little heavier

Go for it,69's in stock is better than 77's out of stock
I use 75BTHP hornadays with canalur when avalable.

69s are all i shoot out of my 1:7, still playng with loads.
its a 16 mid length and im sticking to iron sights, if the chance occurs i come into alot of money ill get a precision upper in a heavier caliber.
but in the meantime, for my range 50/100/200/300 its doing just fine.
