Just wanted to pass along a great experience with A.R.M.S. customer service.
I just got my #18 mount back from (lets just say never a bower nor LENDER be!)and it was missing "parts!"
Young lady named Loray (sp?) was nice as could be and is sending me the parts free of charge even though it wasn't their fault.
Can't beat that kind of service.
Makes me even more comfortable with the #22 mounts I'm contemplating.

Borrower and bower are spelled two vastly different ways.

Congrats on getting free stuff and costing a company money for someone elses screwup.

Man don't underestimate the power of good support, as far as costing the company money, I am sure they were not out any and the value of having a happy customer that is willing to spread the word is priceless. I can think of a few companies that only wish they gave away a few small parts, because the lack of support on their part is why they are no more today.
