Suppressors AAC Brakeout question

If i were to get a AAC Brakeout for a 5.56 threaded 1/2x28 would a 762 SDN-6 fit that adapter? I have read some conflicting information over the web, some say that there is a 762 adapter that is threaded 1/2x28 and then some say the 5.56 one works fine.

End state is being able to run my 762 SND-6 on both a 556 gun and a 762.

I run my sdn6 on my ar w/brakeout with no problem. It's 1/2-28.

Is it the 762 brake out that is threaded 1/2x28 or is it the 5.56 brakeout threaded 1/2x28?

It is the same mount the only difference is the threads. I have a brakeout on my ar10 (5/8-24) and ar15 (1/2-28) and the n6 fits both.

I have used my 762SD on my 5.56 AR for a while now...no real noticeable sound difference. It's nice to have one can to fit multiple calibers. I also use it on my 300 Blackout.
