So many savages shooting unsupressed. How unbecoming of them. So ungentleman like. I really want to get into doing things like this. I just need to start. Never been to a match.

Highly recommend there are actually whole squads that shoot suppressed sometimes... I got signed up late this year.
No, it’s a Sears thumb hole.

Lemme know if you wanna get rid of one of those

I guess I have to go back to slumming it for a while now that the AI is broken.

Recently picked this bad boy up from a member on here... AT-XC, 26" WinTac 6BR - shoots lights out, but interesting to find the barrel has .050 more freebore than my MPA 6BR.

Added a few custom parts I found from members on here:
- Razor G3 turret spacer / "de-locker" from Superjet
- Straight trigger shoe from Plf338
- Sokek Solutions bag rider.

In case it helps anyone researching...
- No internal weights needed to balance
- MPA grip fits perfectly
- I needed 1.45"/1.5" rings to clear the front rail section with a 56mm objective - 1.25" won't cut it.

Where'd you get the qd finger shelf?

Where'd you get the qd finger shelf?

By QD finger shelf, I think you are referring to the knob on the QD mount. It is called a Sikes Clutch. Brian Sikes at Manners came up with it, and it is actually the internal locking piece used in a folding stock. Robert Brantley gave me some and that’s how I started running them. They are great to stabilize a rifle when on a bag or prop.

You can buy it at Manners Composite Stocks or GA Precision or maybe other places online.

Anarchy outdoors has a nice QD mount for an AI if you’re looking for one.

MH and EO has AXSR .308 bolts stock. If anyones waiting or looking for one.

Got an ATXC yesterday. So far I like it a lot. The green is much lighter than I anticipated. Bolt is smooth.
Sold my Atx a while back and regretted it the very next day. Happy to get ahold of this one.
It’ll be getting a 25x47L once Fritz gets them done.

Because your mom wouldn't get her thumb out of my ass while I was trying to get shit done. 👍

Actually, I heard that’s how you get the image to focus when looking thru a Leupold. She sound like a real gem willing to sacrifice for the best result…

Last week I came across this Schmidt and bender 10X42 scope with AI turrets.
It has a dutch serial number, most likely used by dutch Marines.

Shooting will be a challenge
Nice. Those typically got painted over so you’ve got a good find there. I believe the Dutch refer to it as the SLA rifle. They’ve since upgraded the scopes.

The blue is good at $80…wouldn’t pay secondary for it.
The 12 yr (black) is one of my all-time favorites. I don't really think much of the Special Reserve (green). I have not had a chance to try any of the others. We almost never see any of them here locally, except rarely on the secondary market. 270 for the blue, and 370 for the black. No thanks.

I actually enjoy the Special Reserve. But up here in Alberta it is everywhere on the shelves collecting dust at $40 CAD. For the price I quite like it. The Weller Full Proof was my favourite for awhile (of the wellers) but I’ve come to enjoy 107 more. I have to buy them at auction up here though. Ontario gets an allocation. Too bad they didn’t send it all our way when they started boycotting American liquor. Just opened an Old Rip for my birthday. That was nice.

I should have said Special Reserve is good, just not that “Special” (to me). I guess my comment was too harsh to say I don’t think much of it.
I had someone tell me they are discontinuing the Antique 107. Have you heard anything like that?

Weller has been saying that the Antique is on its way out. Not a high runner for them.

You need a new liquor store.

I just (a month ago) bought a new bottle of Black for $225. Blue is $160.

Weller 12 for more then FP is crazy work. I just got a store pick FP for 87 bucks. Was a reward for being a Grand Reserve member. I know I'm in the minority, but Weller 12 isn't that great. Knob Creek 12 is way way better for a 12 year.
