Hello all I have some ADG brass I have fried 2 times and the primer pockets are gone. I bought it new.
I ues 41.7GR H4350 and priming with Primalrights CPS. Rifle is DT 6.5CM 26" barrel
Pic included to look at primer pockets and slight extractor marks.

Please let me know What you think.

    Thank you

    How heavy is your brass?
Hornady is 145-160 grain. I think my Peterson brass is around 170 grains. My Lapua is around Peterson weight.
It makes a difference due to case volume.
I’m running Same bullet as you, but 42.2 of H4350. My barrel is a little slower. I’m at 2720 fps. You might have to back down a little. Say 40.0-40.5 gr.

2720-2800 is realistic speeds that tend to give great brass life.

ADG primer pockets have been VERY durable for me.
Considering how hard their brass seems to be you have some pretty prominent shiners showing.
    What speeds were you getting?

I'm only at 6 firings in on some of my ADG, but to date I have experienced zero primer pocket degradation on any cases. It all still takes a hefty amount of force with my 21st Century priming tool.

Even my Lapua brass doesn't hold up as well.

Just use some bullet lube to ease the pressure

That load may be too hot or you have a carbon ring. May have larger issues in warmer weather like I had with RL-16 (which is more sensitive than H4350) I had an awesome load of 41.4 of RL-16 and 140 Hybrids going 2810 fps at 75 degrees, and then last summer on 105 degree days that exact load was causing blown primers and ruined brass. I also discovered a carbon ring issue and cleaned it out but I was still blowing primers. So you may want to back down a bit. 2750-2800 is a good velocity range for that bullet weight. Also check for carbon ring at the chamber/throat junction and scrub it out.

I have some new ADG brass and the primer pockets are way looser then previous brass. I have contacted ADG a few times but they will not respond back. Noticeably looser pockets on virgin brass.
