AGM Rattler --- Give Me the Deets

I'm looking to dip my toes in to the thermal world. The AGM Rattler at my LGS is within budget. However, as we all know, that's not always a good thing.

I'm looking for honest reveiws on this piece of kit from folks that have one. Can it be shot in daylight? Guy at LGS says yes, but I would like to confirm.

Use: 200 yards and in on critters. Piggies most likely. 6.5Grendel bolt gun with a can.

Rattlers I've had are awesome. 5 year warranty now as well. Get at least a 384 resolution, you can certainly use lower, but it's just a lot nicer to add clarity. You can definitely shoot them in daylight, that's how most of us zero them. The V2 battery life is great.

That said I've used a RIX Storm S3 with a lot of success and really like it.

Feral Texas is just up the road from me and the have the Storm S3 for $1500. Hard to beat that.
