AI AW mag and 7wsm question??

Im planning a Badger M2008 7wsm ,AICS 2.0 rifle build,Im wondering if the Accuracy international AW mag will accept the 7wsm cartridge ok with a bit of mod to feed lips like the AICS mags,or if follower in the AW mag isnt compatible with wsm?
I know the AICS has to be modified to accept AW mags.

The only thing that you may have to do is grind down the mag catch....other than that it doesnt need any mods to the chassis to run the AW mags, Im not certain that the 7WSM will work in the 308 AW mags, I would try it before i commited to it.

The only thing that has to be modified on the AICS is the length of the mag catch. Send it to Badger for inlet and they will do everything. The wsm case fits in the aw mag and fed through my badger. My badger was a .308 though and i was feeding it without the barrel installed just for kicks. Seems like it would work fine. Call badger they will answer your questions.

The OAL is something like 2.98. Is this long enough for 7wsm or do you need a long action?
