Aimpoint Comp M value?

Hello, I bought a Comp M sometime in the 1990s. I had it on a form 4 M16a1. For a few years as a toy. Long since been in my safe. I never put on another AR as the assault weapon ban. But I finally bought an ar after the ban ended. I have a 1-8 vortex on it and do not plan on using it.

What is the value of it?. It has an arms tri lock quick release mont also. It really is in excellent shape as never had damage.

Thinking about a 3-18x as have gotten old withe the eyes.

Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a gen 2 for like 225 bucks in box a while back.

They don’t fetch a ton like the aimpoint 2/3 thousand series have been lately. Pretty much a cloner optic these days and they aren’t super scarce

I bought one a year ago for $300 with a G.G.G. mount and caps. Probably paid too much for it but it was cheaper than a newer one of that quality. It fit the bill for me on a seldom used gun. They do have a short battery life which their only real issue.

I would guess a reasonable price would be $250ish.
