I watched this last night with my daughter (she likes SciFi too) and have to say, for a CGI hybrid movie, it was done quite well. The story was decent, and the special effects/CGI was outstanding. No spoiler about the ending, but have to say, I'm anxious to see what the sequel brings, and if they can maintain the quality of the first movie.

I'm thinking this is one @Lowlight will also enjoy.

liked it well enough the animated version was maybe a litlle better but not too bad for a newer movie . At least the actress in this did not slam her target audience like marvels brea lawson what ever her name is that was just sad .
