Its almost done. 6.5 Creedmoor. Just few more things to change. I think i might get a different buffer but dont know yet.

Anyone think the quite jp buffers are a better buffer? I never really looked into buffers till now. I also saw the hydraulic buffers. What do you think of the hydraulic buffers?

Rifle gas length, superlative adjustable gas block, and sorry i ment to post the caliber. Its 6.5 creedmoor.

My plan is to put my m5xi with h59 reticle, but i have not received it yet. With GDI scope mount that has 25moa. Very excited about the trying that mount out.

Lol ok i got you. I am not actually sure cause i never looked at it while i have had it apart. This rifle is the ca-10 made by Christensen arms.

Only changes i have made to it is the adjustable gas block from superlative. It is making bad ejector marks on my brass where its stamped at. So i am trying to get rid of it. I thought a better buffer might help but don't know.

The JP silent spring system will get rid of the sproing sound and really smooth out the cycle. Ususally the Heavy (JPSCS2-10H2) is recommended for 6.5 Creed due to the higher pressure.

Try the JP buffer and also turn down the gas until you just lock the bolt back, then open a click or 2 more and see how your brass looks.

I've got an Odin adjustable block on my .308 Ar and still get swipe marks on the rim. But it's punching 3/4 inch groups at 200 yards, so I'm going to stop messing with it. Mine will lock the bolt back with 168s, but fails to with 175s. I think it's tuned.

I would use a completely vanilla A2 308 buffer

Mine would appear the be the PSA10 carbine length buffer and spring. It's the factory ones they used on complete rifles.

Pretty sure i have a carbine buffer. Thats what came installed with it.

I’m running the JP SCS with two steel and one tungsten weight. This is the first SCS. I’ve been using XH Carbine buffer from heavybuffer.com
I like both but this JP is very smooth and you can change weights and springs to fine tune the rifle.
