    Hey guys,
So I have had this mount on my bolt gun for a while and never had a problem with it. I've taken it on and off to verify it goes back to zero and it performed real well every single time I did. Butttttt I recently had to take my scope out of the rings and send it off for repairs. I got it back and mounted the scope and now there is a lateral wiggle in the mount when both levers are pushed down. I've tried this on various rails (Nightforce, Noveskes, and EGW HD) and I've also tried various tension settings (heavy tension at 45*, light tension at 45* and a 'medium' at 45*) on the levers. No luck.... I've tried everything I can think of. The torque settings are correct on the rings as well as the base. I've tried flipping the levers in opposite directions as well as switching them completely and still the same result.

    Any suggestions?

Further down you'll see how the issue was resolved and how timely the responses were to the emails I sent. After reading about all these companies lately and their schisty CS its nice to find one thats still putting the customer first.

Have tried talking to the manufacture or distributor. They may help with the questions better than what you may get here. I own one of there mounts and have had no issues myself but would be interested in the out come

Well I've already got a response which is awesome. I got a response at 9 pm tonight after sending the original message via their website on the contact tab around 730 or 8 pm. I just responded at 2 am here in Oklahoma and am already impressed by the reply from the email I originally sent. It was an extremely quick reply not to mention on a weekend and I sent the email fairly late at night.

I will update this as I come along.

ADM is great! I have been reading on here lately is negative reviews of companies. They were emailing me on a weekend late at night and early in the morning (same person). I got the issue resolved, it was partially how I torqued them. I used a star pattern. I was told to work from the bottom up and there should be a small gap on the top of the rings.

After torquing everything down as suggested I went ahead and swapped the levers and then put it on my rail. All is good now no wobble or anything.

Top notch customer service from ADM! Im not even going to lie, I fully expected to be sitting around till Monday or Tuesday for a response, the fact that they had gotten with me within 2 hours of the email I sent and then again I replied to that email at 2 am and had a response by 9 am on a Sunday. Solid CS right there.
