I have H322, H335, I got just for the 6.8spc, and have the most common (4895,4350,varget,4064,etc.) Just looking to see if anyone else is loading for it, from a gas gun, and what powder they like. I'm shooting 115SMKs
I'm not shooting 115s but here are a couple of 110 loads: 110 gr Sierra ProHunters over 28.8 gr of AA2200 110 gr Sierra ProHunters over 30 grains of AA2460
I did a ladder test today, with my sighter scope (2-7 Leupy) and found that with a 115smk it likes 26 (27 scatter node) and comes back at 28gr, with a .887". That's as high as I went with powder, so I'm gonna try 28.5 &29g and watch for pressure signs. The 26g is a very light recoiling load with sub moa accuracy, and would be good for kids hunting whitetail, but I'm also running a comp, so that helps alot. Thanks guys will be trying the 95's and 100PH's for sure.
The 335 should do well with the 115s. I use Re10x with 110s the accubond being my rifle's favorite. 68forums has a ton of good info. I recommend you check it out. It's worth the time.
I have 29gr of AA2200 behind a Nosler 115gr custom comp, Hornady brass and CCI41, 2.29 OAL. So far I'm liking the Nosler comps, even better when SPS puts them on sale.
That load is very accurate out to 200yds, got some ready for 300yds but haven't had the time yet to try 'em out.
I'm using Hornady's 110gr HPBT with 29.6gr of H335. It gets me about 2620fps, with no pressure signs at all. That puts it about at the max for a 110 using Hodgdon's data. I know there are some on the 68forums using more than that, but I'm happy with my 0.7MOA groups.
For deer, I'm using Reloder 7 and a 95gr TTSX. Can't remember the charge weight, though, off hand.
my rock river 16" barrel likes 110gr accubonds in front of 29grns of H322 pretty good @ 2403fps. I dont have any pics of the groups and never measured em just b/c I wasnt too interested in the size, more so what shot the best.
