Just ran across this thread, didnt know so many 'hide members lives near my parents house up in the CDA/Spirit Lake/Athol/etc area. The area is beautiful and I go visit a few times a year from Southern California.

Im in Idaho Falls as well been looking for a shooting partner as well. I found a great place just north and was planing to go out west sometime this year before winter starts. Ive been mainly looking for good places to strech my 338 out next year when I get the whole thing done.

Anyone in Pocatello, Blackfoot, Idaho Falls area that would like to get together and shoot some 1000yds-1600yds up at the Rexburg range one of these Saturdays? Pulled targets at 1000yds and steel out to 1600yds.
I can call ahead and link up with some of the Rexburg Range officers to have that range closed off for us.
