Any new results with CFE 223

I've read some threads here and elsewhere and the reports are mixed. LGS has a couple jugs of it, and while the load data in manuals shows that it seems to give decent velocity with lighter bullets in the .223, that there are equal/better powders available if you can get them. I am planning on loading bulk hornady 55 sp in .223 and will store until ... needed. Thanks.

CFE is a good all around powder.
I have a jug of it for when I run out of W748.
My use for it is bulk ammo with 55-69 grain bullets.

Thanks @Steel head - I didn't really want to use my remaining stock of Varget for bulk ammo. I may have to go back and pick up a jug if they still have it, for emergency/plinking ammo.
